Before you contact us about this, please make absolutely sure that you have typed the codes in correctly. We recommend copying and pasting the codes to make sure. So far almost all cases of logins not working have been due to mistyped codes or expired memberships. If you are certain that you have entered the correct codes and you have good reason to assume that your membership has not expired, please e-mail us immediately: support@a-m-o-c.com

Videos
are unavailable

This unfortunately is beyond our control. Until a patent issue is resolved we are unable to publish videos of any format on our websites without facing legal action from Acacia Research who have patents covering ALL digital video/audio distribution on the Internet. Hopefully the American legal system will eventually see sense and realise that such a far reaching patent is both impractical and unfair.
